Lucky Day is a Moda Layer Cake™ friendly pattern. You sure don't have to use a Layer Cake! You can cut 10 inch squares of your favorite fabrics, add a pretty neutral and your all set. However, those Moda Layer Cakes are just too fun and this quilt is big on design and features very easy piecing! Lucky Day was made using the Wildflower Serenade I fabric collection by Lynne Hagmeier for Kansas Troubles Quilters.
