Hexagons are growing in popularity at a rapid pace with more and more lovely hexagon quilt designs popping up everywhere! We're also making Hexagons in Journey Three of the Prairie Women's Sewing Circle Club! The Journey Three bonus project I've designed is a charming and unique table top quilt using hexagons adorned with wool appliques! Hexagon's are very, very fun and easy to make. They use up loads of your scraps, and are totally addicting!!
Because I've received many requests, I've assembled a kit of all of my favorite supplies to make hexagons. This kit has all of the tools you'll need to get started! You can refer to a four-part tutorial on my blog for step-by-step instructions, color photos to guide you through making individual hexagons, and for how to piece them together! With this kit, you'll be on your way!
Kit includes: Seven 1 inch hexagon papers, a package of John James Gold 'n Glide #10 applique needles, Thread Heaven, a spool of YLI silk thread color #235, a Clover double-sided needle threader, and a package of Clover glass head applique pins. Fabric not included.
