Lucy's Prairie Pockets Pattern Download

In the eighteenth & nineteenth centuries, when inset pockets were not in clothes, girls and women made Prairie Pockets with which to keep their needful things.  Inside the pattern, you'll learn the history of why and how these pockets were made and worn.  So interesting!

There are two pocket sizes included in the pattern; a small one for girls and a full size one for women.  A pieced tumbler pocket and plain pocket are included in the pattern.

Stitch a piece of history for yourself!
